Todd Olson, Coach

Todd Olson was the EHS Head Football coach for 10 years between 1995 and 2005. Under Todd’s tenure the EHS football team won the Lake Conference title 3 times and was named Lake Conference Coach of the Year 3 times. Additionally, through the Todd’s success and community outreach, participation in Edina youth football increased three-fold providing a strong base of future EHS football players. Todd is currently an Assistant Coach for the Hamline Football team. Todd and his wife Lisa have 3 grown sons, all currently coaching football like their dad.

Mark Gagnon, Class of 1979 East

Mark played varsity soccer, hockey and baseball at Edina East. From 1977-79 Edina East hockey advanced to the State Tournament all 3 years winning back-to-back State Championships in 1978 & 79. As a Senior Mark was named to the All-Conference team. Mark was also a 3-year starter in Baseball and was Team Captain his senior year. Mark earned over 7 varsity letters during his years at Edina East. After high school Mark played 4 years of hockey for Cornell University then returned to the Twin Cities. Mark has 3 grown daughters and owns NewMark Homes in Blaine.

Lyn Tierney Gustafson, Class of 1986

Lyn made the Varsity Swim team as a 7^th grader and immediately began setting records. In her 6 years of Varsity Swimming she was the Individual State Champion in 100 yd breast-stroke twice and Runner-up 3 times, was a member of the 200-yd medley relay State Championship team twice and helped Edina win the Overall State Championship in 1984. Individually, Lyn was a Senior Captain, named to the All-Section and All-State Teams 4 consecutive years in 1981-85, and to the All-American Team 3 consecutive years in 1983-1985. Lyn then swam four more years for the University of Southern California. Lyn is now a Marketing Specialist for Medtronic. She and her husband Eric live in Edina and have 2 sons, Ben at the University of Virginia and Charlie at Edina High School.

Mike Terwilliger, Class of 1989

Mike earned 7 Varsity letters at Edina High School, 4 in tennis and 3 in hockey. In Tennis, Mike was named to the All-Lake Conference Team 4 consecutive years, helped the team win the State Championship Title 3 consecutive years and in his Senior year was Team Captain and also won the Individual Singles State Title. In Hockey, Mike was a member of the 1988 State Championship Team his junior year then as a senior was named to the All-Lake Conference Team, was Honorable Mention to the All-Metro Team and was named the team’s MVP. Mike played 4 years of hockey for St. Lawrence University then returned to the Twin Cities and began lengthy parallel education and coaching careers winning several Twin Cities based Education awards and starting the LittleTwigs Hockey School in Eden Prairie. Mike currently works for Minnesota Hockey in St. Paul and is also the Head Coach of the Bloomington Jefferson Varsity Hockey Team. Mike and his wife Cara (also Edina ’89) live in Eden Prairie with their 2 young children, Charlie and Alice.

Ali Agustsson Ramstack, Class of 1992

Ali starting a family legacy by making both Varsity Tennis and Alpine teams in her Freshman year at Edina High School. During her four years on the Tennis and Alpine teams, Ali collected a combined eight varsity letters, five State team titles, four All-Conference team recognitions, and was voted Team Captain of the Tennis team her Senior year. Together with her 2 younger sisters, Kathryn and Maggi (also Edina Hall of Fame members) there was an Agustsson on every Edina Tennis and Nordic ski team from 1988-1998. Ali went on to play tennis for St. Benedict College where she was named to the All-MIAC team and was voted Most Improved Player as a freshman.Ali currently works as a Marketing executive at Fair.com and lives in Edina with her husband Dave Ramstack and their 2 children, Augie and Miller.

Ashley Brown Stevens, Class of 2000

Ashley was a 2-sport athlete, she playing three years of Volleyball, was Team Captain her senior year and an All-Lake Conference Honorable Mention. But Basketball is where Ashley truly reigned. During her three years on the Edina Varsity team Ashley was a 2-year Team Captain, was twice named to the All-Lake Conference team, made the All-State team her senior year, was team MVP and led the team a 4^th place finish in the State Tournament, resulting in her selection to the State Tournament All-Tournament team. Ashley still holds the Edina records for most 3-pointers in a season (47) and in overall career (109,) in addition she scored over 800 career points and holds 10^th place in All-time career assists. Ashley played 4 years of college basketball at College of St. Benedict finishing with an overall team record of 90-18, over 1000 total points, the team record of 186 total 3-pointers, and top ten team rankings in all-time minutes played, best free throw percentage, career total assists and career total games played.Ashley works as a HealthCare recruiter in Denver where she lives with her husband Mark Stevens (Edina 1996) and their 2 young sons Gordy and Johnny.

Jenna Carlson Andrews, Class of 2005

Jenna amassed an astounding 15 Varsity letters in Cross Country (6), Nordic Skiing (5) and Track and Field (4). Individually Jenna was named to eight All-Lake Conference Teams, 4 for Cross Country, 3 for Nordic and 1 for Track and competed as an individual in four State Meets, 3 in Nordic and 1 in Track. As a Senior, Jenna was Team Captain for both Cross Country and Nordic Skiing. Despite being a three-season elite athlete, Jenna remained focused on her classwork, earning Edina Scholar Athlete status and graduating Magna Cum Laude. Jenna continued running for St. Olaf College where she was named to the All-MIAC Conference teams in Cross Country 4 times and Track twice, All-Region Cross Country team 3 times, National Qualifier twice and St Olaf team MVP twice. Additionally, Jenna was named to six Academic All-Conference teams and was Team Captain 3 times (2 in Cross Country and 1 for Track). Jenna still holds the St. Olaf records for both the 4k and 6k Cross Country events. Jenna remains an active runner, is a licensed Hospice nurse and lives in Minnetonka with her husband Grayson and their 2 young children, Kip and Lucy.
